Getting Started with ARTdeck

Follow this step-by-step guide to create your professional portfolio in minutes

Step 1
Create Your Account
  1. Go to artdeck.no/signup
  2. Choose a unique username (this will be your portfolio URL: artdeck.no/your-username)
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Click "Create Account" or sign up with Google
  5. Verify your email address to activate your account

💡 Tip: Choose a professional username that represents your brand or name. You cannot change this later.

Step 2
Set Up Your Profile

After creating your account, you'll be taken to the onboarding flow:

  1. Bio: Write a short description about yourself (2-3 sentences work best)
  2. Profile Photo: Upload a professional photo (optional but recommended)
  3. Social Links: Add links to your social media profiles, website, or other platforms

⚠️ Note: You can skip the onboarding and complete these steps later from your dashboard.

Step 3
Create Your Portfolio

Navigate to the Portfolio Builder from your dashboard:

  1. Create a Section: Click "Add Section" and give it a name (e.g., "Web Design", "Photography")
  2. Add Entries: Within each section, add portfolio entries (your individual projects or works)
  3. Upload Images: Add images to showcase each entry. Drag to reorder them
  4. Add Descriptions: Write titles and descriptions for each entry
Step 4
Preview Your Work

Before publishing, preview how your portfolio looks to visitors:

  1. Click the "Preview" button in your dashboard
  2. Check how your portfolio looks on desktop and mobile
  3. Test all links and images
  4. Make any necessary adjustments

Publish Your Portfolio

Ready to go live? Here's how to publish:

  1. Click the "Publish" button in your dashboard
  2. Confirm that you want to make your portfolio public
  3. Your portfolio is now live at artdeck.no/your-username
  4. Share the link on social media, email, or resume

✅ Success: You can unpublish or make changes anytime. Updates appear immediately on your live portfolio.
