Account & Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Visit artdeck.no/signup, choose a unique username, enter your email, and create a password. You can also sign up with your Google account for faster registration.

Can I change my username after signing up?

No, usernames cannot be changed once created because they're used in your portfolio URL (artdeck.no/ your-username). Choose carefully during signup.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! The Free plan includes 1 section, 2 entries per section, 1 image per entry, 1 social link, and 1 MB of storage. Perfect for getting started and testing ARTdeck.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account Settings, and click "Request Account Deletion". Your account will be scheduled for deletion after 7 days, during which you can cancel the request. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

Billing & Subscriptions

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You'll retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your portfolio and data remain safe.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us at artdeck@bizziprops.no for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your credit card details.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes! Annual billing is available for all paid plans and includes a discount compared to monthly billing. Toggle between monthly and yearly on the pricing page.

Features & Usage

How do I add projects to my portfolio?

Go to Dashboard → Portfolio Builder. First, create a section (e.g., "Web Design"), then add entries within that section. Each entry can have multiple images, a title, and description. See our Portfolio Builder guide for details.

Can I customize the look of my portfolio?

Yes! Pro plan users can customize themes including colors, fonts, and layout. Go to Dashboard → Theme to make changes. All plans include a professional default theme.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. Maximum file size is 10 MB per image. Images are automatically optimized for fast loading without quality loss.

Can I see who views my portfolio?

Advanced and Pro plans include analytics showing total views, unique visitors, and popular projects. Analytics are privacy-friendly and don't track individual users. See Dashboard → Analytics.

Can I use a custom domain?

Custom domain is not supported at this time.

Technical & Troubleshooting

My images won't upload. What should I do?

Common solutions: (1) Check file size (max 10 MB), (2) Ensure format is JPG/PNG/WebP, (3) Check your storage limit for your plan, (4) Try a different browser or clear cache. Still stuck? Contact support.

Why can't I add more sections/entries?

You've likely reached your plan's limit. Free: 1 section, Starter: 2 sections, Advanced: 3 sections, Pro: 8 sections. Upgrade your plan on the pricing page to add more content.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email us at artdeck@bizziprops.no with details about the bug or your feature request. We're constantly improving ARTdeck based on user feedback.

Is my data secure and backed up?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Supabase (hosted in EU-West, Frankfurt) for data storage with automatic backups. See our Privacy Policy for security details.
