Image Management

Upload, optimize, and organize your portfolio images

Supported Formats
  • JPG/JPEG: Best for photographs
  • PNG: Best for graphics with transparency
  • WebP: Modern format with excellent compression
  • GIF: Best for simple animations

Maximum file size: 10 MB per image

Uploading Images
  1. Open an entry in Portfolio Builder
  2. Click "Add Images" or drag-and-drop files
  3. Select one or multiple images from your device
  4. Wait for upload to complete (images are automatically optimized)
  5. Click "Save" to apply changes

💡 Tip: Upload high-resolution images. We automatically optimize them for web without quality loss.

Image Optimization

All uploaded images are automatically:

  • Compressed for fast loading
  • Converted to WebP format for modern browsers
  • Resized to appropriate dimensions
  • Served via CDN for global performance
Reordering Images

Drag-and-drop images within an entry to change their display order. The first image becomes the cover/thumbnail for that entry.

Storage Limits

Storage per plan:

  • Free: 25 MB total storage
  • Starter: 50 MB total storage
  • Advanced: 100 MB total storage
  • Pro: 500 MB total storage

Images per entry:

  • Free: 5 images
  • Starter: 10 images
  • Advanced: 20 images
  • Pro: Unlimited

Best Practices
  • Use descriptive filenames before uploading
  • Upload images at least 1920px wide for best quality
  • Keep file sizes reasonable (under 5 MB when possible)
  • Use consistent aspect ratios within a section
  • Delete unused images to free up storage
